So as most of you know , I have been lobbying for Rights for Unborn Victims Due To Violent Crimes for almost a year now, and with no success from our elected Goverment, we have another tragedy that could have possibly been avoided if there were charges laid in both deaths of the mother and unborn child. We all know that violence towards women increases the most while they are pregnant. With the growing trend of this crime and no additional punishment for the double murder....it seems like it is open season on pregnant women. Just a month ago I had talk on Global News about the most recent murdered pregnant women in Edmonton...who would have thought that one month later it would happen again in BC.

We as Canadians need to take a stand against this. This coming November, Bill C-291 will be re-introduced, you can help by signing the petition and sending it to me.

My prayers go out to the victims and the friends and family. I know all to well what you are going thru.
