Just for you Lacintha!!!
What is with people from my past just popping out of nowhere!!!!! Is this a good sign or a really really really bad one? First, my brother whom I don't talk to, disappears for two years not telling anyone....decides to email me out of the blue...why? To apologizes for all the years of crap? Why now? What is really going on? Then my EX mil calls and leaves a message...holy crap, what the frig is freak'n going on? So that leads to my ex husband from 10 years ago.....who now has divorced his second wife. Just for the record...I divorced him...ok...back to what I was saying...it was def. weird....why now? My little black cloud, who I love so much (insert sarcastic rolling eyes smilie face here), just keeps me on my toes by surprising me with all these goodies! I need to jump on a plane and go far far away....party it up really really good and then come home!!!
One more day of school for the kids!!!! In some ways I am very happy...other ways...I am DREADING it!!!! Me time? What is ME TIME? OMG this is going to be a long summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dance your little heart out!
So today is the last day to my busy busy week! Emmy had her dance recital yesterday and I am so excited!!! At the end I had gone on stage to get her... but she had already taken off. One of the owners of the school, who use to teach me when I was younger, was yelling my name waving me to come over. She started to tell me how her mom.....the infamous Mrs. Ward was the one who was judging Emmy's tap exam last week. She didn't recognize the last name and had told her that...and I quote " this girl is really good, we need to bump her up a level"!!!! I was so excited! She said that Emmy stood out! Funny thing is, at her last recital two years ago...she said the same thing!!!! We never did do it because I had pulled Emmy out last year because of the issues I had while being pregnant with Nicky and she missed half of this year...so I didn't think she was ready ...so I am shocked that she did as well as she did!!!!
So other then working this weekend...nothing much here....bought a few trees to plant and a beautiful flower basket.....hope to buy our outdoor fire pit today....and that's all she wrote folks!

EW = stuffed turtle
Ok first order of business....just need to clarify who Ew is! Ew is a stinky, dirty, very well loved little stuffed turtle that Matthew has had since he was a baby! He sleeps with it and takes it everywhere! Most people who know Matthew, know Ew too!
So did another layout last night with my Cricut...I am telling you guys..this thing is awesome! If anyone is serious about buying one and can't get there hands on one let me know. I still have one on order that will be coming soon. I can't wait to buy some more fonts!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this thing! The layout I posted was one I was fooling around with...wanted to test this baby out...so just a simply one.
Oilers.....what happened! I wasn't allowed to watch the game last night...Paul thought I was the bad luck! Funny thing is....when I wasn't home on saturday...the won 4-0.....yesterday....the were down 2...I leave the house to go for a bike ride with Samantha...they score! Well it was an exciting series...what can ya say ...they lost! Here is til next time!

What has this world come to?
of exhausted? If you looked it up...you would find" see Tammy Brownlee"! I am whooped! I had a crop friday night....well deserved after a long long week....it was ok..I actually went against my morals and was some what productive! Yup....that's right...yours truly actually got one.....very very simple.....but none the less....layout done. Actually won a free crop for best layout! CHA- CHING!!! I got my M's phone call saturday......I am now the proud owner of a
CRICUT!!!! I used this baby last night.....I AM IN LOVE!!!! WOWZERS!!!!!! This is going to change my world!!! Went to visit with some
L2S girls saturday night...no cropping for me...just lots of chatting! Was suppose to leave at 9:30 pm...well geez....time went by so fast it was 11:30pm!!!!!
The biggest event of the weekend was.....are you ready for this.........and no I am not pregnant again!!!! Matthew LOST Ew!!!!! YUP...that's right....Ew! He went missing Saturday.He was trying to be such a big boy, I made up a MISSING poster for him....the whole neighborhood was talking about him and helping out!!!! We think we know ....infact ...we know who did it....and once it is confirmed....they are going to wish they moved 4 years ago!!!! Poor Matthew was carrying around a picture of him....made me cry! Well......good news is.....we ended up finding him last night! WOOHOO.....they threw him up into a tree! The little brats are going to get whats good for them!! Children these days are just EVIL!!! Insert very evil pissy face here!
So that is it...oh and you need to go see that movie Cars if you have kids....CUTE!....I am going to be buying this one for sure!

Yup ...that's me!!! I have been slacking on my blog! I have been so busy with things I have been a blog neglector!
I had 9 kiddies in my house yesterday! Oh the insanity!!! I am surprised I didn't become an alcoholic or a pill popper after yesterday....holy crap what a day. If I was a drinker...i'm telling ya...after the last kid left, I would have broken open a bottle of Vodka!
So Bill C-291 rights for unborn victims was up for debate yesterday. I am so disappointed and ashamed to be Canadian right now! I was emailed a copy of the notes.....I was floored as to what has happened and what was said. I am not sure if I am allowed to do this...but I guess it is public record....when it all comes down to it...this Bill never had a chance from the start...if you would like to read the whole debate I will try and post a link to it. Here is the bottom line outcome of Bill C-291
Mr. Leon Benoit (Vegreville—Wainwright, CPC): Quote
Earlier this month my bill was deemed non-votable because it was declared by a committee to be clearly unconstitutional. This is quite extraordinary since at least three lawyers, with experience in criminal law, have said that it is not clear at all that it violates the charter. They were quite surprised at the decision taken by the committee.
Although the justice minister said in his opinion that it was unconstitutional, that standard is not good enough to deem a bill to be non-votable. That is an opinion from the justice minister. We see judges on both sides of a lot of issues with opinions. Therefore, clearly, the bill should not have been deemed non-votable, because it is not clearly unconstitutional. There is reason for debate on that.
The Standing Orders clearly state that in order to be deemed non-votable with respect to constitutionality, it must clearly violate the Constitution, including the charter. The committee provided no proof that my bill met that sense of certainty.
Sadly, what happened is the process was abused and the constitutional criteria was used simply as a convenient excuse when all opposition members collaborated to prevent my bill from coming to a democratic vote in the House. The reason I believe, although who can ever judge for sure, is that some people do not want to deal with this issue because they believe it is a thorny issue for some reason.
Having been through the process of having a private member's bill deemed non-votable for reasons that seem to be, to quote one lawyer's opinion on what happened, “disingenuous”, I am in a far better position than I otherwise would have been to comment on how manifestly unfair the current process is and to suggest possibilities for improvement.
The current process allows five members of the subcommittee on private members' business to decide on the votability of a private member's bill, in secret. They deemed that my bill was clearly unconstitutional without providing any information whatsoever on how the charter would supposedly be violated, nor what part of my bill was in violation. I had to guess. This is like taking someone to court and asking them to defend themselves without telling them with what they are being charged.
I went to the full committee and appealed, not knowing the reason and having no way to find out the reasons for my bill being rejected as a votable bill in the first place. How was I supposed to present any kind of a reasonable defence for what had happened?
However, even changing this is not likely sufficient to present the process from being abused, as we have seen happen with my bill. Because even after I had my chance to defend the bill to the main committee, albeit only in a generic way because I did not know exactly what the problems were supposed to be, the committee upheld the subcommittee decision. All opposition members voted against making my bill votable, in spite of the fact that it clearly was not unconstitutional. This was a sad political process to an end rather than respect the intent of private members' business, which is to have fair and honest debate on private members' bills.
If they had even said that they were unsure if it were unconstitutional, we could have debated it, voted on it and if the vote was passed, it would go to committee and amendments could be made.
I have changed the bill so that, when it comes to the House again by someone else at some time, there will be no constitutional issue whatsoever. I believe at that time it will be supported by most members in the House.

Have you humped today?
So today was the debate for the unborn victims bill.....I haven't heard any news yet...I hope to by tomorrow...keeping my fingers crossed.
Just another day of watching kiddies.....today was a full day....lots of last minute drop offs...guess thats ok...lets me get my hair done tonight....I so badly need it.....since staying at home I have totally neglected my appearance...put on a few pounds, stopped running and eating healthy....let the hair get out of control...on my head ladies.....clean those minds up...so yesterday was the start of getting back to taken care of me...i went for a walk yesterday...ate little healthier and tonight am getting my hair done! I'm not going to my regular hair dresser....hope I don't regret it!!

10 Things About Me!1. I was a foster child from the age of 2 til 15 when I ran away and was placed in 4 different group homes before I was accepted into a Independent Living program at 16.
2. I have been married twice. First when I was 18, divorced at 22, remarried when I was 24...still married
3. I gained 63, 60 , 53 and 37 pounds with my 4 pregnancies.
4. Had a premature baby at 26.5 weeks, 2 lbs 12 oz and he lights up my life everyday!

6. I was held hostage by a escapee from prison when I was one.....my dad helped him escape and they had to use tear gas to get the swat team in to rescue me. I had my 15 mins of fame.

Me and My Shadow.
ARRGGGGGHHHH will this rain ever stop! We had a little break from it saturday and then BAM! Back again! STOP ALREADY!!!! So to pass the time I actually cleaned...well not cleaned cleaned....but got my scrapbook area some what organized.....maybe tonight I can actually do some scrapbooking! I watched a little kiddie this weekend....never a day off for me...and I have been revisiting my
Frappr Map which I haven't done in a long time. It hasn't been until this past few days that it has actually been quite interesting! Lots of neat and freaky people from all over the world. I have been chat'n with a few and they are quite nice and very interesting! So if you are already on the

Well that's about it folks...So to wrap up our weekend...Emmy got a new bike and is riding like a champ....me and Samantha went for a long bike ride Saturday...so long are crotch's went numb....took the family....and yes...Paul came too...swimming sunday...the kids had a blast and I didn't cook all weekend...it was a cook free junk food weekend courtesy of Paul......now the cleansing begins today!!!!

Good Bright and Sunny Saturday Morning!!!!!!
Ok...so are ya wondering if I have lost it! SURE HAVE!!!!!! I think I needs me some happy pills! OR just a good night out of getting shit faced! Anyone want to or need to join me?
So my MIL after talking to her seemed ok with what had happened. That is a relief. We will be taking our time deciding if we need to move back. We don't want to rush into a decision to quickly and we want to do what is best for us as well. So the balancing act begins.
SO did anyone else fall in love with the new show
WINDFALL ? I am loving this show! I will be watching this every week!!! Big Brother will be starting soon too!!!!

Happy Hump Day!
Well the little update that we rec'd yesterday wasn't much. She is in the hospital for 5 days and then to another facility. We aren't sure if it is an outpatient or inpatient facility. We haven't been able to talk to her yet. I am hoping that we can today. I am a little upset with the family on why it got to where it did. It didn't have too. Why didn't anyone say anything sooner. There were other options and avenues that could have been taking to prevent what has happened. I understand that we get caught up in life.....but I knew...Samantha knew ....that in May something was really wrong and we we're worried about her.....but even Paul ignored it. SO at this point I am not sure what to think about everything...I am sure my sister and brother in law will tell me it is none of my business....but it is! She is my husband's mother and the grandmother to my children. I am pissed that nothing was said to us sooner about what was going on with her and right now...I just hope that she gets better and I ask for God to give her strength and the desire to do that.
Thank you to all of you for your prayers and hugs!!!! They are much appreciated!!!! I know she will come out of this fine and a stronger person.

....called LIFE!
It certainly can take you thru the ringer or for a few loops. Once again a big change is coming our way. My MIL is sick and it will most likely require us to move back to NJ at the end of the month. We will hopefully have more details tonight as she was just admitted to the hospital last night. Please keep her in your prayers!!! I feel very frustrated and mad! This is something I knew was coming and it was just ignored by everyone! I knew last year when we went to visit that we needed to move back....I should have just taken it upon myself and did what needed to be done.I will keep you all posted!

I love Fanny!
I missed {HUMP DAY} !!!!! I have been so tired lately in the evenings.....I went to bed early!!!!! I know I know...whine whine whine.....NO EXCUSE....I will get on this for next week!!!
