Computers.....GRRRRRR!!
Thank god my Paul is a computer GEEK!!! I have had no computer since Saturday morning!!!!! Wouldn't ya know it....Paul leaves for North Carolina and my C Drive goes corrupt on me!!!!!WHAT???? NO COMPUTER til Thursday!!!! I DON"T THINK SO!!!! So I am determined to get this baby up and running...I try ever trick I know....can't get it going.....call Paul..he tells me to go find some disc and tells me what to do....IT WORKS!!! NOT! I got it up and running...well he did...and silly me said no to the disk scan and decided to re-boot right away instead of doing what I needed to do....didn't work! I re-did all the steps again...still wouldn't work...FREAK'N STUPID COMPUTER!!!!! So this morning I am going thru major withdrawals.....MAJOR! SO bad yesterday that I actualy cut the lawn and went food shopping!!!! :o0 So anyways I re-did the steps....did the scan disk check and VOILA!!!! It's running...for now anyway!!! :o) My husband is a genius!
I hope you are all having a wondeful long weekend...I got to sleep in two mornings in a row! :o)
SO today I am going to start my 21 day habit of running....lets see if I can actually stick with it this time!
A little funny for you drinkers:A businessman enters a tavern, sits down at the bar, and orders a double martini on the rocks. After he finishes the drink, he peeks inside his shirt pocket, then orders the bartender to prepare another double martini. After he finishes that it, he again peeks inside his shirt pocket and orders the bartender to bring another double martini. The bartender says, "Look, buddy, I'll bring ya' martinis all night long - but you gotta tell me why you look inside your shirt pocket before you order a refill." The customer replies, "I'm peeking at a photo of my wife. When she starts to look good, I know it's time to go home."
